Services
AMG offers Instagram growth and brand development services, including, but not limited to, social media optimization, content promotion, and strategic consulting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. All services are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee specific results.
Payments and Refunds
All payments for our services are due in advance as specified in your service agreement. We accept payments via Stripe. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen package.
Refunds may only be requested within 5 days of your first payment. After this initial 5-day period, all subsequent months are non-refundable. If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 5 days before your next charge renewal date. Any pause or cancellation requests made less than 5 days before the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund and will instead apply to the following month's cancellation.
*PLEASE NOTE that any charge disputes or chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in your account being blacklisted, and we will not work with you again in any capacity in the future.
Limitation of Liability
AMG will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and your use of our services is at your own risk.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AMG or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
